single-copy homologous arms upstream sequence on the Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome
Homology arm usually refers to the flanking sequence on both sides of the exogenous sequence to be inserted in the target vector, which is completely consistent with the genome sequence, and is used to identify and recombine the regions. Our team found a sequence in the loose region of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome that serves as an upstream homology arm to integrate our target gene.
